Who We Are

Globalist Pro is a vetted directory and editorial desk covering B2B software and professional services for companies operating internationally. Our analyst desk researches and writes comparisons, buyer guides, and category overviews across EOR, global payroll, HRIS, finance, communications, and productivity.

Affiliate Relationships

Globalist Pro maintains affiliate partnerships with a subset of the vendors featured on this site. When a reader clicks an affiliate link and signs up for a product, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to the reader.

What this means in practice:

• Articles and comparisons that include affiliate links are labeled with a disclosure at the top of the page.
• Affiliate links are visually distinguished from non-affiliate links where possible (e.g., "Get Started" buttons vs. "Visit Website" or internal directory links).
• We do not accept payment for editorial placement, sponsored rankings, or favorable reviews. Commission is earned only on completed sign-ups, not on editorial content.
• Where we cover a vendor with no affiliate relationship (e.g., Rippling in our EOR comparisons), that vendor is linked to its directory profile rather than an affiliate URL. We recommend it in the use cases where we believe it is genuinely the right fit.

Our reputation depends on getting recommendations right. An affiliate relationship does not earn a vendor a positive editorial assessment — it earns them inclusion in the comparisons where they are relevant.

How Comparisons Are Written

Every comparison published by the Globalist Pro analyst desk follows this process:

1. Primary source research. We start with each vendor's current pricing pages, product documentation, and published feature lists.
2. Third-party data. We cross-reference with independent sources including G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, and specialist analyst reports (e.g., eorHQ, WhichPayroll, People Managing People) to validate claims and surface user sentiment.
3. Operating reality checks. We incorporate observations from across the 200+ vendors in the Globalist Pro directory, including onboarding experiences, support quality patterns, and country-specific service variations.
4. No vendor pre-approval. Vendors do not review or approve articles before publication. We may contact vendors for factual clarifications, but editorial conclusions are ours alone.
5. Pricing verification. Pricing data is verified at publication date. EOR and payroll pricing changes frequently — we note verification dates and review articles quarterly.

Directory Listings

Vendors listed in the Globalist Pro directory are included based on relevance to our audience — companies operating internationally or building global teams. Inclusion in the directory does not imply endorsement, and exclusion does not imply a negative assessment.

Vendors with affiliate partnerships may appear in featured positions within relevant category views. This is disclosed where applicable.

Update Policy

Comparison articles are reviewed on a quarterly basis. Pricing, country coverage, and feature data in the EOR and payroll categories changes frequently. Each article carries a "last updated" date. If you notice outdated information, contact us at analyst@globalist.pro and we will review and correct promptly.

Editorial Independence

The Globalist Pro analyst desk operates independently of our commercial relationships. Affiliate partnerships, directory sponsorships, and vendor relationships do not influence editorial conclusions. If we believe a vendor is the wrong choice for a given use case, we say so — even if we have an affiliate relationship with that vendor. If we believe a vendor with no affiliate relationship is the right choice, we recommend it — even though we earn no commission from that recommendation.
