    Globalist Pro ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at https://globalist.pro. We provide business consulting, a solutions directory, and AI employee services. For privacy-related inquiries, contact us at advisor@globalist.pro.

    2. Data We Collect

    Information you provide directly:

    • Newsletter: email address when you subscribe to our newsletter.
    • Globalist Workforce demo requests: your name, work email, optional company and role, and your answers about your team size, industry, current setup, needs, hosting preference and timeline, when you complete the “Check fit & book a demo” questionnaire.
    • Bookings: details you enter when you schedule a call through our booking page (handled by our scheduling provider).

    Information collected automatically:

    • Analytics and advertising measurement (only with your consent): Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and the Vibe.co pixel collect usage data such as pages visited, session duration, device type, approximate location and partner-link clicks. Apollo.io visitor tracking can match a visit to a company and, in some cases, a person.
    • Error monitoring (only with your consent): Sentry receives error and performance reports that can include the page address and browser details.
    • Cookies and local storage: We store your cookie choice in your browser. Optional tools set the cookies and storage listed in our Cookie Policy only if you accept.

    3. How We Use Your Data

    • To assess whether Globalist Workforce fits your needs, reply to your demo request, and follow up about it
    • To send you newsletter updates you've subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send)
    • To schedule and prepare for consultations you book
    • To protect our forms from spam and abuse
    • To understand how visitors use our website, measure our advertising, identify businesses that show interest in our services, and improve our content (analytics, only with your consent)
    • To comply with legal obligations

    4. Third-Party Services

    We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

    • Supabase — stores newsletter subscriptions, Globalist Workforce demo requests (and contact form submissions received before the form was retired). Data is stored in the US. Privacy Policy
    • Resend — delivers transactional emails, such as the welcome email when you subscribe and the confirmation you receive after a demo request. Privacy Policy
    • MailerLite — manages our newsletter list and sends newsletter emails to subscribers. Privacy Policy
    • Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that sign-ups come from a real person, not a bot. It may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser details. Privacy Policy
    • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — website analytics (only with your consent). Data may be transferred to Google servers in the US. Privacy Policy
    • Vibe.co — advertising pixel that measures the results of our advertising (only with your consent). Privacy Policy
    • Apollo.io — visitor tracking that helps us see which companies visit the site (only with your consent). Privacy Policy
    • Sentry — error and performance monitoring (only with your consent). Privacy Policy
    • NEWO.AI — voice assistant widget; its script loads only after you accept cookies, and handles any call you start. Privacy Policy
    • YouTube — embedded videos load only after you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. Privacy Policy
    • Vercel — website hosting. May process request metadata (IP, user agent). Privacy Policy

    5. Affiliate Links

    Our solutions directory contains affiliate links. When you click a partner link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we have vetted.

    6. Data Retention

    • Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes your email from our subscriber database and stops all newsletter emails.
    • Contact form submissions received before the form was retired: retained for up to 2 years from receipt
    • Globalist Workforce demo requests: retained for up to 2 years from receipt, or until you ask us to delete them
    • Analytics data: subject to Google Analytics retention settings (default 14 months). Advertising, visitor-tracking and monitoring data is kept according to each provider's retention for our account.

    7. Your Rights

    Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

    • Access: request a copy of your personal data
    • Deletion: request deletion of your personal data
    • Correction: request correction of inaccurate data
    • Opt-out: withdraw consent for analytics, advertising and visitor tracking at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we treat as a decline
    • Portability: request your data in a portable format

    8. Cookies

    Until you accept, we load no analytics, advertising, visitor-tracking, monitoring or chat scripts, and we set no tracking cookies. We use browser local storage to remember your choice. If you accept, the optional tools set the cookies and storage described in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice or clear these at any time.

    9. Children's Privacy

    Our services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

    10. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
